Original Quamen retail purchasers receive lifetime warranty
against defective products. Defective products include
retail-purchased frames or parts with incomplete work,
overlooked craftsmanship, function problems, or faulty materials.
A real defective product is usually noticeable during first
assembly or early testing. Contact us immediately for any true
problems or questions with our products. Quamen products
receive a legitimate 90-day replacement warranty against defects
and breaks. Although in the long-run, we can replace, renew, or
repair a broken product upon approval. We please ask for the
return of a bad product for company R&D and to avoid resale
and reuse. Warranty replacements does not cover dents, bends,
or stripping unless by approval. The cause of the broken product
must derive from unforeseeable causes and not done intentionally.
This warranty does not cover natural wear and tear, improper
assembly, poor maintenance, non-biking accidents, product
modification, or rider mishandling. Original owners must have
some type of proof-of –purchase for replacement warranties.
For all Quamen frame riders and handlebar users, we support
their long-term satisfaction and progression. Besides
manufacturer defects, problems may naturally, or accidentally,
occur from bicycle depreciation or stunt riding. We therefore
offer lifetime free repairs or cost-exchanges for any broken
Quamen frame or handlebar. If a broken frame is worthy to fix,
we can repair or modify the problem for free and offer new paint
(paint is free for newer models only). We can also exchange any
broken Quamen frame for any new frame at the discounted price.
A broken handlebar receives lifetime cost-exchange for any new
handlebar, unless it has a lifetime replacement warranty. The
return of an exchanged frame or handlebar is mandatory to avoid
resale and reuse.
